8. How does pricing, billing and payments work?
Option #1: We Bill: We automatically bill your
Members for you and send payments each month.
For every new business you sign up we charge NO set up fees and a
base price of $69 which is automatically billed directly to the
Member each month. From this $69 per month we pay to you $50 for
providing your services and support to the Member and we retain $19
for providing our services and support to you, the Partner.
This option allows you to avoid the hassles of billing your Members
directly and ensures that you are paid your base of $50 per Member
each month.
Option #2: You Bill: You set your own prices and
bill your Members however you wish.
We recommend some basic pricing guidelines, but you are free to
charge and bill whatever you wish. Simply choose direct pay option
and pay $19 per month to Web Site Partner for providing our
services and support and in turn you bill your Members directly
what ever prices you wish.
This option allows you to completely control your pricing and
billing and keep Web Site Partner behind the scenes if you like.
However, you are responsible for billing and collecting payment
from your Members.
9. Can I charge additional fees if I do extra work?
Most Members you work with will be small businesses who
need a basic web site and a limited amount of support services. We
recommend that you use the basic pricing model of NO set up fee and
$69 per month for your average Members because this easy pricing
model is one of your most appealing benefits. However, if a Member
requires more than the average amount of set up or support
services, you may elect to charge and bill additional fees to the
Member directly on an as needed basis.
Standard services: For Members that require
standard services of up to 6 web pages (approx 3 hours of set up)
and up to 1 new web page or 5 small updates per month (approx 1
hour per month of support) – we recommend you charge NO set
up fee and the standard $69 per month.
Additional services: For Members that require
additional services of more than 6 web pages (more than 3 hours set
up time) and / or more than 1 new web page or 5 updates (more than
1 hour per month of support) – you should estimate the
additional time and charge as needed.
10. How much money can I expect to make?
For each business you connect with you receive (at least) $50 per
month in recurring income - every month, as long as you continue to
provide reasonable support for each business. There is no limit to
your potential – if you make just 2 new business connections
per week over the course of one year your recurring income would be
$5,000 per month - that's $60,000 per year. If you do this again
the next year and your recurring income would be $120,000 per year,
and so on. Your profits keep growing - it's that simple!
11. How do I get paid and how often?
If you use the “We Bill” option - Partner payments will
be sent electronically during the first week of each month for the
previous month’s services. You may elect to charge and bill
Members additional fees, directly and independently, for providing
additional set up, support or other services.
If you use the “You Bill” option – you will
determine how and when you bill and receive payments from your
Members.
12. How much time should it take to setup and support a Member web
site?
For each Member, you will
provide a reasonable amount of web site setup: consultation,
building and marketing and ongoing support services (usually an
average of up to 3 hours for initial setup services and up to 1
hour per month for ongoing support services). The amount of
services to be provided should be determined and agreed upon by the
Member and Partner at the time of Member sign up and reevaluated as
needed.
13. Are there any hardware or software requirements?
The only
requirements are a Windows based computer with Internet Explorer 5
or higher and Windows XP (Vista supported version is in progress)
plus reliable Internet access. We highly recommend using a high
speed Internet connection if it is available to you. Other
recommended, but not required items include, cell phone, laptop
computer, digital camera, color printer, scanner, and fax
machine.
14. Are
there any special skills or experience required?
Basic
computer / Internet and strong communication skills are the only
requirements.
